When the landlord came over to fix a leaky faucet in the spare bathroom, he brought over an armful of swiss chard from his garden - I've never had it before - sauteed it with some garlic, olive oil and red pepper flakes.
Not a fan. Of course, I've never been a fan of cooked greens, it just seems wrong - the flavor, the texture, it's like eating warm wet newspaper. Still, it's lovely with the giant leaves and pink celery-y stalks. Oh, and the bearded dragon likes it, so there is that.
