This is the beginning of a cinnamon pie - I'd never heard of a cinnamon pie until it was featured prominently in last night's episode of Psych (aka: the best show on tv) and I googled and found a recipe. It's awesomeness remains to be seen.
Edit: awesomeness confirmed - it's winter-ish, like a pumpkin pie, but not as in-your-face as pumpkin pie... and, yes, I just called pumpkin pie "in-your-face". Whatever.
Where did you find the recipe? I would love to try that, but haven't found a recipe that looks right yet.

actually, I just googled "cinnamon pie" and checked out 4 or 5 recipes. I used this one http://www.bakespace.com/recipes/detail/Cinnamon-Pie/32713/ - but I used evaporated milk instead of water - it really is yummy and easy.
