Gingerbread biscotti (drizzled with white candy coating*). I also made 2 kinds of fudge (chocolate and peanut butter) and candy cane bark. Damn, Christmas baker! (I'm also considering making marshmallows and a couple more flavors of biscotti, but laziness will probably prevail. For today, anyway)


*I don't call it "white chocolate" because it's technically not chocolate as it has no chocolate liquor in it, which makes chocolate chocolate. At least according to the FDA
