Wow, what lovely exposed beams... oh, except that's all that is between my bedroom and the roof. Since we moved in (about 2 years ago) there has been a leak in one corner of the bedroom - the landlord finally decided to address it because the drywall of the ceiling was sagging. So he took down the drywall and the thin layer of insulation and found leaks. The leaks have supposedly been repaired, but we won't know for sure until it rains again.
On the plus side, we're renting, so anything that goes wrong in the house, doesn't cost us anything. And the landlord is pretty handy with that stuff...
